GMT AS Merge with Orbit AquaCam AS
Two of the leading suppliers of techical equipment to the aqua industry in Norway,
Orbit AquaCam AS and GMT AS have merged. The new name of the merged Company will be Orbit GMT AS.

Actavis sells Norgesplaster to Investors in Southern Norway
Actavis wanted to divest the activites of Norgesplaster and it has now been taken over by a group of south Investors. The new owners are managing director Per Turnes and Øystein Lund, Jørgen Reme, Åge Reme, Knut Collett Mellbye and Tor Jørgen Reme.

Hercules buys Norwegian machining company;
Herkules Private Equity Fund III has signed an agreement to take ownership of 62% of the shares of Bandak Holding AS. Bandak Holding's business consists of a group of companies in Norway within machining with a focus on the production of mechanical engineering products for demanding sales and technology companies in Norway and abroad.
